At Vyra Total Look LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return according to the following policy.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging included.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards or promotional items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
